Join us for the annual Community Health Foundation of Wright County Golf Tournament to support Lake Ridge Care Center’s Lakeside Oasis.

Individual golfer registration of $125 includes golf, cart and a buffet dinner.

Proceeds:

Your participation in this event will benefit the Bridge Program at Lakeside Oasis. The Bridge Program exists to bridge the gap for residents of Lakeside Oasis who are facing financial difficulty. Lakeside Oasis is the end-of-life comfort care wing at Lake Ridge Care Center.
