Lake Ridge Health Care Center in Buffalo, Minnesota, is proud to announce that it ranked No. 1 in Minnesota Quality Measures out of 326 nursing homes for the second quarter of 2025.
This achievement reflects the dedication of Lake Ridge’s staff and their commitment to providing exceptional care and positive outcomes for residents.
What Minnesota Quality Measures Mean
Minnesota Quality Measures are state and federal performance scores that reflect how well care centers support residents’ health and well-being. These measures include key areas such as fall prevention, pain management and pressure injury reduction.
The Minnesota Department of Health collects and reports these results, ranking nursing homes across the state. A higher ranking demonstrates stronger resident outcomes and higher-quality care.
A Consistent Record of Excellence
Lake Ridge has consistently ranked among Minnesota’s top-performing nursing homes, achieving first or third place multiple times in recent years. This continued success highlights the center’s focus on quality care, teamwork and resident well-being.
“Our care center did not end up here by accident,” said Dan Pelletier, Administrator of Lake Ridge Health Care Center. “This achievement is proof of what happens when every staff member shows up with pride, compassion and positivity. Thank you to the entire Lake Ridge staff, residents and community for making this possible.”
